I currently have the first 19 characters done, with the exception of Edgy Goku. Feel free to use the ones you've missed.

This is kind of nitpicky, but doing some testing in training, I don't see how Fox's tech roll is 11 frames. Is this a typo, or is there somethign else going on here I don't understand?

He's actually in that move for longer. I didn't find this out until about halfway through looking, but there is a bug that extends all tech data by four frames. It only extends the invincible parts, and I believe it happens at the beginning, so it just inserts four frames of invinc at the beginning of the move. In practice, Fox can act on the 16th frame after teching, but he still only has the 2 or 3 frames of vulnerability that the data says. So anyways, some of the tech data I have in the sheet factors this four frame bug in, and some don't, because I discovered it halfway through the project. And trust me, when you mentioned this, I slowed the game down to 1 FPS and manually counted each frame to check. Fox's techroll is 15 frames in game.

Yeah his tech roll is still pretty insane. Can you post in the thread or otherwise let me know when you have the fixed values in?

As someone who is also doing frame data, I don't include universal modifiers in my data, as I'm planning to add that information as a special note once I'm done with everything. I suggest you do the same, instead of confusing yourself via factoring in the extra frames for some characters and not for others.

honestly I'm too busy irl and with working on Beta so RIP this project, I'm more motivated to help complete the new version than to finish a frame data project for 9b. Especially when it just gets used to complain about the game LOL It hasn't received an update in months(?), I have like half of one more character done but it's so tedious I don't want to finish , so I'm just going to kill it right now and everyone can stop holding their breath. DE you just finish the data project for the wiki, I released this project long before it was ready and imo that killed my ability to finish it more than any other factor. I read about this psychological idea that when you tell someone something, it can trick your mind into thinking it's already done so then you don't finish it. I posted this when it was like half done, and my progress was good on it back when it was in the shadows. Heck I posted it in last October, at the rate I was going, I could have had it finished before February. Ever since I posted my updates have never taken more time, and looking back I find that intriguing. So this is ded
