Super Smash Flash 2 is not working (Flash)

Whenever I click on https://www.mcleodgaming.com/games/ssf2 the entire site except for the game shows up. And it tries to download something called "download.swf". I have not tried to download it yet because it feels unsafe. I have turned on Flash, I have also turned off my adblock. I am not sure what to do
