Wow I love the idea you got here! But still perspective is an issue. If you fix the lower part it would look really cool in a Flash Movie (No Joke).

Also what LC was going for I believe is if you paste it in paint.. zoom in and scroll down. It looks pretty cool if you ask me! Well besides the perspective.

-Her arm had misplaced joints.
-Her shading is... odd.
-Her hands are sprited oddly.
-To much colors in her hair even though they seem the same.

I got a few complaints and the fool forgot his thumb drive "epic fail". I asked about the colors and it was perfect but I changed it anyways a little. I also address almost everyone critic. I guess I don't need "jus" to make awesome humans sprites but I want to be DLC guy when SSF2 is finished.
