One open to all, one not.
Let's face it, the calls of elitism aren't far off.
NOTE: This is not a call for a section which could be replaced with a notepad and have the same effect, more like that of which the spam section was originally like.
I also think that a lot of completely unwanted spam that happen anyway would end up there, allowing for easier moderation in some aspects.
The moderation there would be similar to that of the current spam section, but with different consequences and more moderation. I'm thinking assign maybe two mods to it but looking at the current system.
Blue - Doing a wonderful bunch of too many jobs, (promote him!). This process would also lighten his load if he wasn't one of the mods assigned to this proposed section and make his share of the work a bit more fair.
NU - pretty much free, or at least does little work.
Thai - Flash section/programming section died, free.
Ichigo - pretty much free AFAIK.
ZI - jobbed.
RoyMaster - Dealing with SSF2 apparently.
Meh, I could say more, but I'd say you've got the general gist

I knew the mods would say that, as they're part of the current spam section. But why?
You may not think there's a use for one because, in your experience, there isn't. But for others who don't find favour in Blue's eyes?

Even though I'm nowhere near funny enough to be in the Blue Section, I think 2 spam sections is kinda retarded. But, it does give me a place to go minus this or the other section :/
