And what a "pleasant" lifestyle. Imagine going to the store and buying something using a credit card, and having to be told, "I'm sorry, your card has been denied." And you walk out of the store feeling twice as ashamed, not only because the card has been denied, but also because you know the reason WHY it has been denied.

Just tell the shop owner that you're actually a dead person (and present the papers), and maybe you'll get a discount

This is quite an exquisite level of buffoonish incompetence, really. Anyway, I think people should have a right to see into their own files, at least if they are not the file of an active case of a security agency (but I have tough love for them, too), so that makes it even more disturbing.
