Its probably an escaped slave from Kumogakure who had his name stripped and replaced with Tobi.

Oh, and just to eliminate any confusion on my stance on this;

I gave up on the Tobi is Obito theory after his second Sharingan eye was revealed in the fight with Konan. I was, admitably, putting less and less stake in it all the time, but the Izangi was the moment I no longer believed. I never, however, accepted the idea that Tobi was Madara.

Since I had left the forums by the time the chapter was released, my abandoning the Obito identity was never brought up.

Just mentioning this so as to avoid any accusations of hipocracy. I was wrong about the Obito theory, anyone who wants to shove it in my face, go ahead, though I haven't believed for quite a while now

Edo Tensei doesn't just work on bodies or implanting memories, remember, the main idea behind it is that it calls ones' soul back from the dead.
Unless Madara somehow figured out a way to survive without his soul (Which I guess is possible, but highly unlikely), the man fresh out of the coffin must be the real deal.

Also I have a rough time believing Tobi is Madara given that he was notably shaken by Kabuto's sixth coffin (which I am sure is the same one that we saw in the latest issue). Tobi being Madara and having a second, fully corporeal version of himself seems like it'd be a huge advantage, but he clearly did not seem to be thinking like that, probably because, since he is almost certainly not Madara, Kabuto could prove it

it uses a random body and memories/soul that has been put in a kunai, they use a special jutsu to change the faces and bodies of them, but it still uses a different body to the person it is being

he didn't get all the people's bodies of who he resurrected

the dude's soul needs to be in the afterlife, hence why the third/fourth hokages can't be revived, their soul is sealed elsewhere
ziku (who is a f*****) is saying that tobi can't be madara because for kabuto to revive madara his soul would need to be in the afterlife
