Also, stop saving your images as JPEG, as it ruins it. Use a PNG.

Besides that, that's a very nice looking, um... leg.

Don't post unfinished works because it's hard to give critique. If you had an outline of the Bowser sprite or 75% of the finished product, it would definitely help us come up with tips/suggestions/critique to help improve your sprite.

For now, it's just a leg of Bowser. There's nothing i can really say about it other than what Clubby the Bear said which is to not save your sprite in .JPEG format because it ruins the quality and effort you place into your sprites, making them Unusable.

Weird it says file format PNG(*.png)

No it is NOT png, you can tell by the low quality if you put the thing on paint.
The white "transparent" are has random stains, and if you save it, it IS jpeg.

Look at the one you uploaded.
Right click and click view image.
Look at the top and it says: JPG

I have seen that but my .NET says it's a .png file

You saved it as a png, but uploaded a Jpeg.
Just upload the png :/

why dont you re-upload it with .png
im pretty sure you first saved it as jpg, possibly by accident, and then saved it as png, since you can see a little blur in the colors and also what clubby said
