Just got the Marvel vs Capcom 3 guide from Brady games. Pretty helpful guide. Lots of combos and tricks in there.

Or you could've looked up the same information from the internet.

I've read the guide too, it really was very useful, but I didn't buy it.

Got a chance to play the game and it was fun, very fun.
I still main Zero and found interest in Felica and C. Viper.
However, I can't seem to put in special inputs while doing normal attacks to do more damaging comboes, and Phienix is incredibly terrible.

I would say that Shuma-Gorath is a much more interesting character and probably more worthy, but if I had the game, I'd get both because I'm a completionist.

Also, the DLC characters are delayed in Japan due to the natural disaster going on there.

I bought the Special Edition since America's release date for MvC3 just so I can get the DLC and some few extra useless goodies.

Can't wait to finally use the codes for Jill and Shuma I had for a month. Poor Japan has to wait a little longer...

Oh my oh my, I must admit I'm hooked. The gameplay is more smooth then in TcsC but still equally fast paced. Essentially every day I come up with new combos and it's always a lot of fun to make said combos. Either way, it's an amazing game and the DLC will make it even better

You know, I just noticed who is published by MARVEL, anybody up for a Hit Girl DLC? Kick-Ass is published by Icon, which is actually a Marvel company. Mark Millar still owns the rights, but I don't see wh he'd refuse, what with Kick-Ass 2 being released.

I also did some digging, some other obscure Capcom characters that (As far as I'm aware) haven't been mentioned are Shantae, Killer7, Will Grey, Zack & Wiki and Stinger from SpyBorgs.

I don't know about Hit Girl. She'd be cool to see and the Marvel side is lacking in females right now, but I imagine she'd play very similarly to Jill Valentine and Chris Redfield.

I completely forgot about Shantae! She would be awesome to see, and would be a great counterpart to Marvel's Dr. Strange. Her normals and specials could revolve around hair attacks and magic spells and supers could be her dancing animal transformations. Plus, she has a little bit of relevancy since a sequel was recently released on DSiware, although it wasn't Capcom-related, so thinking about it now, she might not have a chance.

Killer7 would be interesting to see, but having a character that transforms into seven different character models would probably be a bit too much for the system to handle, and I've never played Killer7 before, but don't think any of the personalities offer anything unique besides that.

Will Grey (jetpack guy from Dark Void, I presume) would be interesting, but again, Chris with a jetpack comes to mind. Also, I'm not sure how well a jetpack would control in a relatively small area, but they managed just fine with Spencer.

Too lazy to look up Zack & Wiki and SpyBorgs right now. Will give opinion on them later after more research

Actually, Capcom owns the rights to Killer7, making the characters under that franchise Capcom characters.

But thank you for pointing out the differences between making a game and producing a game. I will keep that in mind in the future.

Wikipedia wrote:
Killer7 (キラー7 Kirāsebun?) is an action-adventure video game for the Nintendo GameCube and PlayStation 2. It was developed by Grasshopper Manufacture and published by Capcom. The game was written and directed by Goichi Suda, also known by the nickname Suda51, and produced by Hiroyuki Kobayashi. Killer7 features first-person shooter elements and a unique "on rails" control scheme, but the core adventure-style gameplay has been compared to Myst and Snatcher.

Just shut up and learn kid!!!
Even wikipedia got you beat!
