It says
DO NOT POST SSF2 IDEAS IN THIS FORUM That's what comes to their mind. They don't post anything like "OMG LIEK LUCARIO 4 SSF2!!1!" They post stuff like "HOLY CRAP SSF2 IS AWESOME!!1!!!!!11!!"
