I am personally not a huge fan of TOS2. Mostly because of the fact that the originally cast in TOS didn't play as big of a part as I wanted.

TOSDOTNW just didn't live up to the standards of it's predecessor. It was shorter, had only 2 real characters that could be tweaked with, and the game just didn't have all the little extras that the first game had(and most Tales game had as a matter of fact.) Still it was an okay game in it's own right. Just not tales material.

List means nothing to me, Stahn and Hubert are not on it. I am also disgusted of the lack of Mint and Arche, the older ones gets little to no Praise save for Lion and Reid, which aren't as good IMO.

Where's Meredy? I thought she was pretty likeable

Personally my favorite Tales character is Asch the Bloody.

Count how many Vesperia, Xillia, Graces and Symphonia people are on the list, then count the rest. Not too many on the "Other" List.
If anything, Cless, Chester, Chloe, Meredy, Lilith, Stan, and Luca need a spot on any position, they all have extremely notable feats and character depth in their respective games, Chester especially, since before all the ToP remakes he had NO artes, just a bow and a good Physical stat, and he kicked major a**.

I didn't really care for Vesperia. It had great gameplay but the story was lame and the characters were meh. the only two I actually like were Raven and Yuri but I only like Yuri because he actually killed the "bad guys".

I'm just saying. It's a popularity list, not a who's-a-better-person-in-combat-and-badassery. Majority of the people play those four games, I'm not surprised there are a lot of those on the popularity list.

The list still means nothing to me.

LolCless and Chester they have no character at all.
I hope you know most of this popularity is pretty laughable considering how Lion's and Yuri's fanbase consist of yaoi fans(CoughYuriXFlynnCough) and Lion being tsundre.

Anyhow, ToD DC's Lyon's story is hard and sad as hell. I take back a crap load of what negative things I said about him.
I did the first boss battle between Lyon and Stan, Mary and Rutee, I took a crap load of damage from Gou Majinken and Bakurenkan(?). Managed to kill both Stan and Mary, had 63HP left, then Rutee just had to surprise me with a Snipe Air and killed me, it was pretty funny when it happened.

Most of the original Phantasia cast had no emotion. I don't blame the creators either. Portraying emotion and character would have been challenging.

What about Mint she is realy cool,tales of is my favrot seiris and I think cless,mint,and chester are really good.

I've been playing Tales of the World: Narikiri Dungeon 3 recently. I only used one cheat to get most costumes because it's a pain when it's in all Japanese. I'm only missing Cless, Mint, Chester, Klarth, and Suzu. Anyone know where to get their items?

Iirc Suzu's is missable if you didn't get all the chests when you first met her in that area that constantly shoots lasers every turn.
