Well, that would be the resistance of the light, 25 Ohms, but it would depend on what point of the circuit you made contact, I think you were just forming a parallel circuit with a piece of wire, not with the light itself. In the latter case, you would have got a higher current. I can't be arsed to calculate it now, though, and I don't know the exact circuit of a light switch. :V

Getting 10 amps from a light switch is near impossible.

That was basically what I already said in my posts, if you mean you won't get a shock of 10 Amps. :V If you mean that a lightswitch does not have such currents, I was just using the values |~DVDV~| provided.

Also, with resistance of the light, I mean the resistence of the light source that uses the power supplied by the power source. That was a tidbit sloppy.

Am I really the only person here to have been stabbed? A stupid guy had a f*** knife pointing out right infront of him and f***' stabbed me right near the stomach. s*** hurts. Good thing it was only a 6" pocket knife.


Also somebody I know named John did a fake knife throwing thing to me, only actually through it. I actually bend over to pick something up, then look behind me after hearing a band and see a friggin' kitchen knife stuck in the wall behind me. Right where my neck was, too.

I dunno, a dude in the same year at uni as me though he is like 3 years younger got stabbed in the back by another dude with a small cutter in my first year. Dunno if you'd call him a kid though. And now, they are friends, to each other and myself. We joking refer to it as the Yaoi event.

I once almost died from choking on a Warhead candy.

I have had three near-death experiences,
one when I was 2, I stuck a fork in a light socket.
Another when i was 5, I never wore my seat belt in the car and we got in a crash with an 18 wheeler... need I say more?
A third time not too long ago, about when i was 12, I was outside in the rain and a lightning bolt hit literally right next to where I was standing, I want deaf for about a minuet, and by the time I got in my house my hearing came back.

Almost fell out of a tower.

When I was 15 I was caught in the middle of a bank robbery, it was quite scary. The men in the bank were very threatening and after about five minutes they left with a gym bag full of money. Later when I got home, after the whole event, I sat down on my couch to think about how lucky I was not to have been shot by one of the robbers or taken hostage, I was in such deep thought that I had not noticed I was falling down stairs.
