I can understand why they went with another hat, but considering that all of Pikachu's other costumes already consist of headwear, I was kinda hoping for something that'd stand out more (like a bandana, badge and bag to make him resemble Mystery Dungeon Pikachu) but all in all I'm pretty satisfied by all costumes presented thus far. My favourite one is Wolf.

No that's the render for the costume in 3.0, the "concept art" part is referring to what it comes from, meta knight's early design phase when kirby was first being developed.
