The backstory was alright. The sprite itself is pretty good, but there's something off about it, I just can't figure out exactly what it is. It might be the outlines or something, I'm not sure.

Perhaps he looks a bit messy? I dunno, that was my greatest concern with the sprite. I kinda liked the 'colours only in outlines thing' myself since it's new and fresh to my repetoire but I can understand if doesn't look good to everyone (in which case I will rethink the steps).

I agree with king artie. Look great, but something's weird about it. I wouldn't say it's messy, the outlines are interesting however.

Perhaps I should increase the contrast for the gray areas?

The color outlines do seem a bit strange, but that's probably because it's a new, unique style compared to everything else.

Also, I feel Rad is a word that should be used to describe ancient Egyptian godmen.

I look at the head and then the body. Maybe the neck is too big or the chest too small? I don't know but it looks good
