Quite honestly, I took what I heard and ran with it. I heard it be used as a term for a concieved character in a mythos or universe or something along those lines.

First of all stop talking about Smash Flash in this section. Second, yeah Skull Kid'd be cool. Kinda doubt it tho, since I suspect they'll go with a more recent addition to the series if anything. Like Ghirahim.

Also kill me if you want, but I hope that, if anything (again), instead of geno we get someone more iconic to the series like Bowser Jr. or something. But tbh I think the current Mario roster is fine the way it is.

Nah it needs Bowser Jr. Possibly Shadow Mario as well but that might just turn out to be a clone of Mario/Luigi (unless they put the paint thing in). Maybe Bowser Jr. and Shadow Mario could be set up like Zelda/Sheik or something. That'd be cool. But imo the Mario roster should have at least two characters added. And really, I think every series should have two characters added (except Wario, Yoshi, Pikmin, Kid Icarus, and DK. They're fine how they are.). Putting more Mario characters in and then balancing it out with adding characters to other series would be fine.

Yeah but that would kind of really ruin Zelda/Sheik. Shadow Mario is totally unneccesary, they can create a perfectly functional moveset for Bowser Jr. without that imo. Of course, you are entitled to your opinion, and even though I do not share it, I do respect your point of view.

Personally tho, 2+ characters for every big series would make the roster kinda.. large, don't cha think? I'd rather they keep the max of 4 per series, and instead bring in more series like Golden Sun, The rolling Western and Xenoblade. Also Black Shadow for the F-Zero series. Probably won't happen but I can dream.

Trainer had a different switching mechanic (they didn't function as separate characters - you were forced to switch between them). Another unique mechanic might work, but I don't really think it fits the dynamic of the characters. I think shadow mario would be best involved in the final smash if anything.

Hmm. Shadow Mario didn't do very much that Bowser Jr. couldn't do as just Bowser Jr.. So I think it would be redundant to have him be able to transform at all, really

I wasn't saying it would be a full moveset transformation lol, that would be dumb. Just saying involving it in there somehow would probably be the best place for it if it was to go anywhere

lol Maybe Bowser Jr.'s FS could be something like splattering paint everywhere or something stupid like that.
But in all seriousness, if SM and B Jr. don't get the Zelda/Sheik setup, maybe SM could be a final form or something. I dunno I'd actually rather the Zelda/Sheik thing happen, but I could deal with it coming to the Final Form.
If it's just Bowser Jr., what kind of moveset do you think he'd have?
