He just looks and feels like a very uninspired character to me. I just feel like there are many more diverse and popular choices that should be considered waaaay before him.

What retro Nintendo characters would you guys like to see?

I'd like to see Balloon Fighter, if for anything else to see how he would work in a smash environment. Mmm honestly there aren't any more retro characters that stick out to me other than Prince Sablé.

I'd like to see Stanley (i probably said this already lol) from Donkey Kong 3 as an assist trophy, he could walk around blasting pockets of air upwards, that push opponents upwards, however the attack wouldnt hit grounded opponents.

it's actually a total pain in the a** for average gamers (the core audience of ssb) so yeah this dude is more likely to be correct i think

It's not that hard to wall jump for me (especially when using Lucario lol), but yeah to more casual gamers it probably is hard, since it took me a while to get good at it. Some casual gamers might not even know you can wall jump lol.

That's probably attributed to the fact that there arent that many places where wall jumping would come in handy, and not many places where you actually can wall jump.

Pivot grabs are another feature that casual gamers may never use, or even know about lol.

Did you guys know that technically all characters in Brawl can wall jump through teching off a wall and then jumping immediately afterward, it doesnt take the midair jump away, so it still counts as a wall jump. The characters without a natural wall jump, can only do so when wall teching.

I love pivot grabs. Tripping is... just so useless. Foot stooling is all right.

SHY GUY!!! I wuv Shy Guy Although SSB already has enough Mario characters, they could replace Peach with Shy Guy because honestly, Peach doesn't fight... Let Zelda fight

Koopa Troopa
Knuckles
Steve from Minecraft (not gonna happen LOL.... but his moveset would be awesome!)
Chell from Portal 1/2 (not gonna happen again... but still would be awesome)

I hope Namco brings up Pac Man. I feel like he's an iconic game character and has a variety of concepts to work off from.

Lol, I would enjoy that, but how exactly would it work out? He doesn't have arms or legs, and I'm not sure if he could carry things in his mouth. Granted, he would make a PERFECT Assist Trophy (As proven in SSF2.), and a Pac Man stage would be fun to play on.

What about the newer version of Pac-Man? (Whom of which, by the way, has crossed over with Nintendo characters and appeared on more Nintendo consoles more then the original Pac-Man.)
