Rosalina is one of my recent favorite Mario characters. I'm kinda disappointed another Mario character was announced so soon before Pokemon or Zelda, but she is so Persona's Bizarre Adventure; I'm maining her.

*Geno 1%(Every time you ask for Geno,Sakurai-san will delay the game by 1 day.)
*Ethan 25%(he isn't as popular as other PokePlayers)
*Ninten 20%(Has no offensive PSI attacks)

We need to talk about this.
Ethan's got 0.never percent chance of getting in. He's from a Pokemon game that's four generations old. Nintendo's already advertised the second gen, it doesn't need more representing. GSC didn't influence the world as we know it the way RBY did.

Geno has no chance of getting in. None. He is owned by Square Enix which makes him third party. Besides, if he were used as a third party slot, which I hope won't happen, then it will the biggest waste of a slot because you could have left it open for a more viable candidate and you'd be filling up a Mario space for a one off character.

You underestimate just how popular Geno is. I won't care if Geno doesn't get in but back when Brawl was being developed, Sakurai hosted a poll asking users what third-party character they most wanted to see and Geno placed third, directly below Sonic and Mega Man.

The case here is that, despite being owned by a 3rd party, Geno's property would invariably fall on the Mario universe no matter what. Geno is not to be expected to be on his own universe, because it is unexistent.

I judged by their amount of games on Nintendo, who they're owned by, etc.

I'd like to hear your reasoning as to why you have Ninten on the same level as Cloud and Knuckles.

Ness and Ninten look VERY similar. Mother is not as well-known as Earthbound, and Mother 3, while semi-old, is the newest game in the series.

There's a reason for that, though: Ninten is Ness' father.


Ice Climber and Kid Icarus were also obscure but that didn't stop the Icies or Pit from making it in.
