The way it works is, after a few seconds of using uncharged rollout in the air, you go back to the normal aerial pose.

In this time, if you don't jump or attack, and you use Rest, Pound (not really useful in this case), or Sing, it will cancel upon touching the ground, negating all endlag, such as Jigglypuff's sleeping animation after rest.

Though, as you need the rollout to turn you back to normal, if you jump from the stage you will need to at least double jump:

(Unfortunately I use Tap Jump so I can't cancel Sing if I still have jumps, but it sure looks exciting!)

Time to incorporate this to style on people...hopefully I can find an actual useful use for it though. This is pretty balling. Rollout cancelled falling pound is probs the best use for this AT. Thank you Lite, I will dub it the Tzrest kappa.

Literest is a good name and actually makes sense...at least to me. Jiggs goes into a lite slumber and gets startled when she hits the ground, thus waking up.

Made a Jiggs changelist with mah frand Chanch :jigglypuff:
Buffs
•Rest is a mix of Melee and Sm4sh. It kills the majority of the cast on average of 40-60% and has straight vertical knockback usually resulting in a Star/Screen KO.
•Air Speed is identical to Melee Puff.
•Forward Air has more hitstun.
•Back Air is similar to Sm4sh, and can KO on average of 125% at the ledge.
•Rollout charges faster.
•Rising Pound travels higher and farther.

Nerfs
•Rollout has less knockback and can only KO at high percents. To compensate for charge time buff.
•Sing's Sleep strength scales with higher percents no longer leading to a free Rest at as low as 90%.
•Jigg's ground speed is even slower to make up for the air speed boost.

I find the mechanic of forcing Jigglypuff to chose between a guaranteed stock with a potential trade and having to put in a bit more work to KO the "normal" way rather interesting. Changing the angle of knockback not only makes Rest worse against Jiggs' hardest fastfaller matchups, but also removes this cool dynamic. I'm not a fan of that.

With the increase of air speed and buffs to fair & bair Jiggs would more effectively be able to WoP fastfallers.

It's not like vertical Rest wouldn't even not KO fastfallers either. Probably just at around 60%. This isn't Melee, Rest shouldn't insta kill Fastfallers with horizontal knockback.
