i think there should be some rules toward moderation. 'Why suggest this?' some of you might ask, its simple. That the powers of moderation are not abused. I'm not saying anyone abuses their power, because power can corrupt. This is only a suggestion, alright?

Not really, mods are entrusted this and one of the things taken into cosideration is the "power hungry" thing. Besides, they can boot a mod if their behaviour is unacceptable.
