Because is Yoshi is a goddamn spinoff character or at least hes put in that category Donkey Kong, Diddy, Wario, and Yoshi are Spinoff characters apparently

What do you mean by "apparently"? They're classed as that because that's what they are. That's why Wario's WarioWare costume is the default.

It can't be her up-tilt because her Brawl one (the one with the hearts) is in a screen-shot already. I think it is her up-smash, unless Nintendo decided to switch the animations with each other. Highly doubt that though. Also, if you look closer, the ribbon doesn't look like it has been fully completed yet, so it might get a little shading here or there... maybe... or maybe confetti :B

Based on the screenshot, it makes it appear that the move has a larger hitbox because of the ribbon. What do you guys think?
Im also starting to think, that they may make it a multi hit attack, but thats me.

Personally I feel that the only real candidates for a fifth Mario rep would be between Toad and Bowser Jr. Toad appears in Peach's Special, so he has that against him, unless they change her special to use Toadsworth or something.
I would also feel that it cant be Waluigi, since he's mainly a spinoff character, he wouldnt be counted as the fifth Mario rep, instead as a secondary rep, much like Wario and Yoshi. Though since he doesnt have his own series like them, he's unlikely. Though I would like to see him.
Personally, I think Bowser Jr. has the largest chance out of these three.
Im gonna just throw a speculation in here for no reason: Birdo as an Assist Character.

I doubt it. If Toad was going to make his own individual appearance, I suspect it would be a background character or an assist trophy.
