Barbas had no intentions to sleep that night. "Well, see ya then.." he said as Tania walked off. What to do for the rest of the night, was a question he kept asking himself.
"I'll wait." He shook his head, as if to agree with himself. "I'll wait here, until he comes out." He looked up, then looked around. "Archers on the guardtowers." He new if he went too high, he would be seen. He climbed to the top of a building across from where he saw Nil walk into. He readied an arrow, and would stay there until Nil came out.


The instant Nil walked out, an arrow would head toward his visor, towards one of the slits in it. "Damn." Barbas quickly got up, for the arrow looked off to him and would hit the visor, instead of inside the slit and to his eye as planned. Barbas took out another arrow and jumped to a different hut, to keep himself out of Nil's sight.

She had done enough sleeping before having reached the village, and so she stayed up through the restless darkness. Sat outside the medical hut; upon the snow, legs crossed. Fragments of snow still lingering within her thick black hair and fur armlets. Staying up through the night; chanting lightly as the moons soft glow kept the area out of perfect blackness. Ever aware of the environment around her, just incase another surprise was in store.

Serene got up from the bed once again. She was feeling much better now that she rested, though she was still pretty sore. She looked around for something to do, and walked outside the medical hut. When she got outside the hut she looked around again. "It doesn't seem like the storm has let up yet..." she said to herself. Suddenly she saw Barbas, and ducked behind the wall to the hut. "There's something about him that I don't like...it's better to play ti safe then risk anything." she thoguht to herself, watching him

Eton heard the noise Serene made as she got out of the bed and walked to the medical hut entrance. Eton was a light sleeper, he had to be he got up and rubbed his eyes and looked at the medical hut entrance. She was standing outside looking at something. Eton got up and approached.

"Serene, should you be up?" Eton asked her. "You havn't rested even half an hour."

Serene saw Eton, and motioned him to come over to her "I don't like that Barbas guy one bit...something doesn't seem right about him." she whispered to him "He seems to be standing out here, waiting for someone or something to come along." she looked around the wall again to see if he was coming in their dirrection

Eton yawned and then looked. He recognized what he was doing and wanted no part of it.

"Serene....I think we better stay out of his buissness." Eton whispered. "I don't know what he's doing, but he did help out with the Wolfens. Look. Let's just head inside. If he was up to something, I don't think your in much of a condition to do much, that fall looked pretty bad, I wouldn't want you to reinjure yourself."

"I'm fine Eton, It'll take a little more than a snowstorm to mess with me." she told Eton. Serene then turned around and faced him "Why are you so worried about me anyway?" she asked him crossing her arms "Do you like me? You don't want to see me get hurt?" she smiled after saying this.

Eton seemed a little shocked at this and it showed just a little. However it would seem his carring attitude had given the wrong impression.

"I'm....just a caring person is all." Eton replied. "I perfer not to see someone get hurt. And it's not the snowstorm im worried about. I really think it owuld be a good idea to rest and stay out of his buissness."

Eton knew what Barbas was probably up to, he did see archer's wait for a person to show up, who it was he did not know, but he had seen him fight and that was a good enough reason for the both of them to stay out of his way.

Serene shrugged "If you want to play it safe then, it's fine with me. I'll just go back into the hut and rest up a bit more." she said, walking back into the medical hut. She went back to the bed and sat down. "I need to figure out what's going on..." she thought to herself, laying down, and going to sleep

Eton watched Serene head back to the bed and lay down to go to sleep. He sighed.

"Last thing I need is someone getting killed because we're messing with someone who has a vendetta against someone else." Eton thought. "She does seem nice enough, I'll watch out for her when we're traveling. Try to make sure nothing happens. Eton walked back in and lay on the bed he had been in before and starred at the hut ceiling.
