So, basically, for people who weren't following the original issue back earlier this month: One person called in, offended by the use of "f*****" in "Money for Nothing" by Dire Straits. The CBCS originally planned on blacklisting the song due to this single complaint. The rest of the story is up there. Isn't it about time censorship is completely abolished? It doesn't really prevent much strife. |

All censorship does is encourage people to look at censored things. Plus, having someone tell me what's "safe" for my puny peasant mind is pretty sickening.
