Every time I restart Firefox, I have to clear my cookies before I'm able to log in.
Disabling cookies doesn't seem to work either, it's even bugging with me using Google.

It says ERROR 404 for Google if I don't clear my cookies every time.

Try redownloading. If not, system restore to a point where it never happened.
Did you download porn to f*** up your cookies?

Oh, and you say it says this when you visit Google too? There's definitely something wrong with your computer or browser then, Google's the last place you should be getting that kind of error.

Try temporarily switching browsers. If something is still wrong... system restore is all I got.

It is something that stores what you have seen IIRC. Like if you look at a picture, close the picture, then reopen it, you don't have to wait for the load again.
