Heres how it goes, Cave story adjusted the screen size Team Fortress takes up so it now takes up the entire screen and makes the game blurry. I just need to know ow you reset it back to normal height and width. Gonna Edit a pic now. Can't show it because it makes everything seem normal.

Games have a habit of hijacking your window resolution. Check the resolution settings both in game and outside. I also hope you learned something from this.

you can force team fortress 2 to run at a specific resolution by going into steam game settings or something and using "-w 640" "-h 720" or whatever resolution you want.
