Does anyone know if something like Flash exists that is free(download on Internet)or cheaper? If not, does a downloadable fighting game maker exist?

Well... something like flash would probably be gamemaker which is here , but i personally don't think gamemaker is easy (i never really took the time to learn it). an easier application is M.U.G.E.N (search on google).

Game Maker is quite simple and probably a good place to start, but it's also not as powerful as, say, C++ or even AS3.
