This is quite strange. So listen to this:

Say I'm on MG and I'm just posting and whatnot but sometimes when I try to go to topics, the page goes reeeallly slow, but if I were to go on some other website, I have lightning fast internet. So that rules out my internet provider and computer. I use Google Chrome and only have that program running with like one extra tab. It doesn't happen that often but it happens none the less.

Also, usually it happens on the Word Association game and people's profiles.

It's possibly Google Chrome, MG slows down for me when i use Google Chrome, but when i use Internet Explorer, it runs fine.

My experience with IE (before using Chrome) was equal to Chrome, which was the speed issue.

Comparing this and my IE experience in the past, it must be another one of those traffic issues in the forums. That's my guess.

Someone who uses Firefox should help with this. I don't use Firefox, so i wouldn't know the speed is on Firefox.

I agree with Ramsey.
As a Firefox user, I don't experience the slow-down of the forums.
It runs perfectly fine while I use Firefox.

It's either your network or the server the forum is running on... your browser has nothing to do with it. (Unless you have tonnes of toolbars and apps installed to them)

I'm getting over 80 Mbps on a wireless connection at one house, and 70 Mbps on wireless at another with no add-ons or toolbars.

It's either server lag or your browser. That's out of my control unfortunately, the best I can do is try to minimize the problem but it won't go away completely

:lock:
