You should try to work a bit on how you sprite hands. Other then that, it's pretty good.

The right legs quite off i'd say, and the hairs a bit untamed as well.

The problem with spriting hands is that a lot of people don't think of them as hands.

Remember you may not be able to see each finger due to the perspective.

Dude you seriously need to take people advice seriously... Everything I've said previously is wrong with this sprite and the last few you have uploaded.
- Shoulders f-cked
- Arms are to skinny
- Left legs (or legs period) are very awkward
- Hairs a mess
