The update for online mode performance boosts is here!
Head over to the Games page now to go download the update. Players should experience much more stable frame rates in online mode than in previous versions. Please update to the latest in order to continue playing online mode, since old versions will no longer support it. The web version of the game has of course been updated as well. There are also no balancing changes, so you will still be able to load replays from the previous release - revision 1981. Have fun! --UPDATE-- Have a mac and the downloadable version won't work? Simply re-download and it should start working. The original upload was corrupted so we rebuilt a fresh copy and re-uploaded. _________________  Current project(s): SSF2 (Working Title) | Percent Done: 90% | Descrip: Sequel to SSF |

This patch is turning out well! I didn't see the character select screen bug, and my opponents didn't disconnect frequently! Devs, well done! Now I can play online frenquently while you guys finish Beta!

I'm on a mac and can't load the new update. It seems to download fine, then 1 of 2 things happens:
1. Archive Utility fails to unzip it 2. If it does, SSF2 loses it's icon and will force quite almost immediately. EDIT: Is it because so many people are downloading it? Huh... I kind of missed the news update for the new Update for v0.9B, but glad to know that the new Rev. will help with lag spikes on Online Smashing.

I don't see a change. Still glad other people can play online with less issues though. It shows that it's on the road to even further improvement. Keep up the good works guys.

Chances are, if you don't notice a change it's because either your internet connection is just bad, your computer is just bad, or you're fighting BRs.
