Can any special moves in Beta be reversed? I've been trying, but it seems B reversing isn't a technique. If not, I'm hoping Mcleodgaming considers adding it in in the future. It would definitely add more depth to special moves.

Yes. AFAIK they all can.

As someone who happens to also be a competivive Project M player, I was hoping for the same, but to answer your question, you can do a B-turnaround (Melee was the only other Smash aside from SSF2 to have this but lack B-Reverse) by tapping the direction opposite from that which you're facing BEFORE hitting B by what seems to be 2-3 frames in SSF2, although I'm not sure the exact timing. Make sure to let go of the direction before hitting B if you're trying to turn around a neutral B, of course. B-Reversal is essentially the same thing but the buttons are pressed in the other order (Direction AFTER B) and it inverts your aerial momemtum as well as turning you around.

No, that's not the mechanic of B-reversing, we would just refer to that as "Reverse Falcon Punch" or "Turnaround Falcon Punch" if you mean switching the direction of the Falcon Punch mid-move. B-reversing completely reverses your momentum.
