stand on the edge of the lower field and do the up attack, when enemies comes to you by the back they have a big chance of instant KO, and when an enemy comes front use the non-arrow-key attack to make them fly
you will get less damaged so there's no need to use heal items
on 100 man meele after at least 3 minutes you will surely have more than 80
and works on 3 minute meele too
