I find your shading slightly messy and your pallete in need of more contrast.
K. Rool's eyes are too blocky and flat, and he lacks his signature "crazy eye".
There are places where the transition from color to outline seems too drastic and could use some slight AA.

Any particular sprite you notice the shading, contrast, and outline problems on? Or just in general?
Oh, and I don't know why you don't see K. Rool's ""crazy eye,"" it's the one on his left (our right).

Also, I added a WIP Temple of the Form Baton stage. Crit it.

I'm not really planning on changing that sprite or animation until I start my Toon Ganon expansion, but when I do start that, I'll be sure to fix these things. Thank you.

Also, UPDATE: Added an Orbulon sprite and v2 of Temple of the Form Baton.
