For example , to get better overall points , my goal would be to have more than 12 points in each tournament. (= At least six 2 - 0)
If my matches were not really great (each of them were 2-1 or 3-2) , I can just DQ so my "meh" tournament to not lose my average.

True. I may just make it "0" instead of nonexistant.

Marth has become obscenely easy to win with in the current meta and I even almost deleted X3 entirely out of spite because of a Marth. What I want to know is:

Should Marth be banned under the X ruleset?

I tried hard to not let it come to this, and it may just be my own salt, but it has come to this. What do you think?

every game has its borks if you let people to pick the character and find the weaknesses it makes everyone better it also makes that char seem less bork if you know your opponent winning becomes easy

I think it would be best to limit the amount of Marth players while also at the same time try to see if you can see their skill. If they're not good at playing Marth than probably prevent them from playing the character or not let them enter the tournament.

However, make it what you want to happen.

Did the most recent Hypest Bi-Weekly get tallied and if so do round robin sets count towards score? Because I won all of those sets 2-0 lol

imo, if someone wants to use a character they should.

But, if you want to go down this road, I'm going to refer you to Sirlin's book on Playing to Win, specifically this article. The real question is does Marth dominate the tournament and win?
