I haven't seen it yet, I'll watch it in an hour or so while I eat dinner.

I thought the whole Jump to reach the top of the ship was really far fetched, even for Doctor Who.

Did anyone get why we actually saw the Weeping Angels move when they were around Amy?

Seen it now.
To answer both your questions without the need of spoiler tags:
1) Not really, it made sense.
2)Because Amy had her eyes closed and no-one else was there.

1. Hmm, it might just be me.
2. But the viewer counted as a person watching them in Blink and Time of Angels.

Yes, I know. One of the many reasons this episode pissed me off.

Closest thing to an explanation I have.

Hmm, I suppose that explains the grinding sound, seeing as the Angels only turn to stone when nobody's looking, yet turn normal when people turn away.

Although, that didn't take into effect in Blink and A Ghost Story At Christmas.

It was a quick 3 minute short story on the Weeping Angels that was part of one of the Doctor Who online advent calenders. Check it out on Youtube.

Seen Amy's Choice.
I really liked it, but everyone else I know just called it average.

I was really looking forward to this one, but for me it ran a little too fast, they should have taken their time more. The ending was a bit of a con aswell. I still enjoyed it though.

Yeah, I mean come on, the bad guy was a "dream lord" so he only appears in dreams. Common sense much?
