If :goku: is in Kaio-ken x2 and gets Star KOed, the star will stay there until :goku: is Star KOed again, but not in Kaio-ken.

(this also sorta counts as a technical bug)
if fox (and i think falco as well) uses shine while silver uses his psychokinesis attack, he'll be paralyze like usual, but the shine effect stays.

i guess you could say their shines are "no use" against silver's psychokinesis

when there are no sound devices plugged into the device you're using, the victory screen animations don't show up, so if you're doing a timed match, you essentially don't know who wins.
