Rebinding Key for Jump

Post Rebinding Key for Jump
In past versions of SSF2, I have been able to rebind the key for jump to CTRL. However, I haven't been able to do so in either version of v.0.9b. Is this a bug or is there something else going on?

We had to disable ALT and CTRL for control bindings because they were causing issues when combined with certain key combinations.
