Pokémon is still entertaining, albeit the whole series went downhill around the 3rd generation.

the onley pokemon games i enjoyed were pokemon XD and pokemon stadium 2...i cant help but think that i forgot one game...

They really haven't innovated that much since the first few generations, apart from new pokemon and some new battle tactics, which should be expected anyways. I hardly ever play Pokemon--Red is the only version I ever actually completed--so I could just be talking BS, but it seems they've barely touched the formula.

Black and White were actually pretty great, although the post-game sucked. I can see why everyone hates 3 and 4 though.
