Isaac is trapped in place for quite some time during the move, even if it has average startup. The move isn't complete, it still needs some tweaks, but you can still SDI out of it (and likely before he can hit you).

So, one of the main issues is are all of Isaac's non physical attacks(Psyenergy is not physical) coded as projectiles? If so Samus gots some projectile competition.

If I am not mistaken, Move is a Projectile right?
If Yes, is it an Energy projectile?

Chibi, Ness, and Game and Watch might have a bit of fun with Isaac if Move is considered "energy"

These are opinions I've had over Issac's Move since he was shown to all of us. They lingered in the back of my head, but hopefully I can explain myself easy.

Issac having his psynergy hand reflected just looks pretty weird.
I can understand having the hand stopped because of shielding and stuff, but is Move that weak?
Then again, Goku's bloody Kamehameha can also get picked up by Chibi and blasted right back into his face. That completely busts that argument.
EDIT: now that i realize, giving move transcendent priority is basically gonna make him op lol

Also, it feels to me that Move is a bit on the slow part. I'd only find it useful for edgeguarding or combo game when the opponent is right in my face.
It just looks slow to the point that it looks better as a static attack right in front of him.
I feel the same about some other attacks, such as Luigi's Neutral B as seen in the video two weeks ago. It just kinda takes the high-speed and quick thinking down a notch when some projectiles move so slow, but that's just me. I'm fine with Move being reflected, if it wasn't so slow looking. I don't think Move should go as fast as something like Chibiblaster, but still.

Also, his variations on Move are weird but cool at the same time. I prefer that his up variation should function as a combo tool, and his down variation as a decent meteor. We already have a good upward K.O. move on his Uair, so the up variation looks pretty awkward rn. His down variation just looks...kinda underwhelming. Or maybe we just haven't seen anyone edgeguard with it efficiently yet. No complaints about the side one, though. Spidey's combo at 6:18 in the recent dev blog video was lit asf.

I think SideB is perfect the way it is. Slow means it won't be spammed easily.

What I was talking about earlier is questioning if Ftilt, DashAttack, Uair, NeutB, DownB(confirmed projectile),SideB(confirmed projectile), Dtilt, Utilt, and Dsmash.
Are they coded as projectiles? If so reflection based characters can null half his moves.

However I doubt DA, Uair, Utilt, and Dmash are projectiles.

Forward tilt, neutral special, down special, down tilt and up tilt are all coded as projectiles, however they cannot be reflected. And dash attack and up air are not projectiles.

The speed of the sideB is fine imo considering you can attack with the hand. If you couldn't attack with it, that's when I would be talking about some buffs

Thank goodness that they can't be Reflected...
But, can they be absorbed by Ness and Game and Watch Down-B? how about Chibi's Down-B?

They cannot be absorbed since they are materialized energy, Ness and G&W's DownB absorb "normal" energy, like BM's Thundaga of Fox's blasters... Or I think that's how it should be; having the character be nullified by just one spec sounds rather ridiculous.

Isaac as a whole wouldn't be nullified. you'd just have to be a lot more careful using various moves. you'd be encouraged to use a lot more aerials, which IMO sounds interesting.

To add on to this, Samus/fox isn't as bad as people thing because samus has more than just projectiles that can be reflected by Shine.

and btw, oh cool. as of Apex build day 0, Dair is a mix between fox and falco's
