is the amount of deaths I died to Sonic in I Wanna Be The Boshy (An IWBTG fangame that makes the original look like a joke) before finally bating him through sheer determination. At this rate, I might even take on Battletoads once I'm done with Boshy.

What's the most amount of times you guys died to the same boss/enemy/obstacle?

I've died 17,960 times beating every level and a few golden strawberries in Celeste

Not sure if it's the one I've actually died the most to but I've been trying to beat Orphan of Kos in Bloodborne's DLC since it came out, 5 years ago

Well this was a self imposed challenge... But doing Photoshop Flowey no hit took AGES.
Like, I spent a full year trying to do it.

I DID IT!!! And it only took me a grand total of 2496 deaths!


Wow that is truly impressive! Not quite sure if that counts as a single thing though. Going by total deaths, I'll probably beat that count by the time I'm done with Boshy. (My total deaths are about 8868 and I'm not even halfway through the game yet)

The other feats are awesome too. BDMain Musta grinded a ton of RNG to no-hit Omega Flowey

So uh I'm at 12000+ deaths and on world 10 out of 12. Turns out Sonic was the hardest thing after all, since I'm breezing through everything else compared to the Hedgehog. World 10 does however have the hardest platforming so far. Hopefully I can beat the game eventually since I managed to get past Sonic, but Solgryn himself is gonna be a nightmare since he's supposedly even harder than Sonic.

I probably won't be able to archive my victory on a dead forum, but I assure anyone watching that I WILL conquer this game someday, no matter how long it takes or how frustrating it gets. Playing this game and getting through its insane bosses and obstacles really gave me an introspective on the power of determination. If you throw yourself at something with everything you've got like a madman, there's no way you won't get past it eventually.
