You see, the reason I'm worried is because; the anime adaptations of Death Note, Ruroni Kenshin (I think that's its name), and Attack on Titan were made by Japanese studios, and those were great, whereas this adaptation will be made by an American studio, and the only example we've seen so far of Hollywood trying to adapt a popular anime is DBE. I'm inclined to believe they learned from their past mistakes and this won't be terrible, but who knows, I also don't have high hopes. _________________ You can't call home, a place were nobody is waiting for you. I was just claiming that Japan has a better ability to adapt their native mangas to live action films. And I saw the AoT trailer and it looks good so far, already batter than DBE by far.

All I'm saying is that "the source material is Japanese so an adaptation of it made by a Japanese studio would be a better than one made by an American studio" is a retarded thought process. Any country can make s*** movies. Not that it even matters since adaptations like this are just made to wring money out of people who like the source material instead of being made because they think it'll be a good film |
