Im kinda hoping that they replace the Heart Container with the Drink of the Gods from Kid Icarus Uprising, since it actually restores all your health and nothing else unlike the Heart Container. i kinda agree seeing as the heart container only heals 100% so if you have 199% and you get it you can still die in one hit

Actually i meant it in the sense of what they actually do in the games they come from since Heart Container restores all hearts and gives an extra max heart, Drink of the Gods simply restores all health and nothing else. I think the Heart Container is fine as it is. 100% heal is fairly reasonable considering that a good portion of characters can be KOed in the 100s.

And so my statement gets ignored and people talk about how much damage it should heal  What i meant was, that the Heart Container could be replaced by the Drink of the Gods item from Kid Icarus Uprising, having the same effect as the Heart Container, just to give the Kid Icarus universe some item representation. It's too well established in the series. They wouldn't change it just for the sake of better representation.

What he said. It would make more sense for the Drink of the Gods to heal all damage like the Energy Tank does in SSF2 as opposed to just being a replacement for the Heart Container. _________________

Heart Containers in All-Star mode heal all damage. In addition, the Heart Container healed all damage in the original Super Smash Bros. _________________
