Hitler and dickface (and others of the like) Miis are the exact reason I'm sternly against them appearing as playable characters. Pac Man I've always been kinda iffy on, mostly leaning towards the negative side because Namco has better candidates to represent them in my opinion. Oh, wait... Pac-Man is their mascot? Sigh...

But a Tales character representing Namco is very much welcome among others I discuss with. I often say that Asbel Lhant, Lloyd and Yuri Lowell are all ripe with potential, but with Symphonia being an older game, and Yuri never being in a game on a Nintendo console... Asbel has the best chance. Moreover, he has a very unique fighting style and his Tales of Graces F was recently hyped for the good ol' 3DS machine.

Well, they could have restrictions on the names like they do on Pokemon. Also, Pac-Man IMO shouldn't make it in, although the leaker has been right so far.

Why let the sour grapes spoil the bunch? Having a default Mii for online play and being able to use your Mii on console or handheld local play would be a simple way to take care of that, and it would be really fun.

How about they add profiles, so you have a friends list online where you can add people you play with online. For your profile you can use your system Mii or the characters.

Maybe not directly. One could possibly argue that the characters chosen would've been popular enough to get in the game even without the anime, that's fine. But if the Pokemon are based entirely off of the games, why do they speak their own names, like the anime, rather than using grunts or the cries from the game? Why does Lucario get the special treatment to speak in English, despite the fact that he does not do that in the game?

Personally I'm all about Meowth, though. I think he'd be cool as f***. Seems like that puts a s*** of emphasis on gen 1 though

Assuming that they only use one alt per character, it's virtually impossible (for lack of a better word) that they would pick the Sonic Boom design over Classic Sonc.

um what makes you think its just one alt costume and that they'd use classic sonic over sonic boom sonic

They'll probably use a costume for Shadow, and make the alt costume the Sonic Boom design because it'd be faster to make

Ugh, I hope not! That would be as pointless as the X alt for Zero in Ultimate Marvel Vs. Capcom 3. Alternate costumes should be just that: costumes.

Also, why do you assume that a model based on the Sonic Boom cartoon would be faster/easier to make than a model for the Classic series. Classic Sonic is also MUCH more iconic than the cartoon which hadn't even been announced at the time that Smash 4 started development.
