i dont have a link, but i was watching t.v. and it was interupted with reports of MJ being taken to Ucla, and then minutes later, that he had die.
 he may have had alot of crazy bizarre happenings, but his music was great._________________ ....I do cocaine.. |

I just got the news as I was eating dinner. Literally MINUTES ago. Pretty surprising, to be honest. When a person you hear about every other week dies, it's hard to believe.

Yeah, we always tend to think of people we hear a lot about as immortal, don't we? Usually, when a star's pronounced dead, it's some 40's or 50's actor many of us have never even heard of! But, Michael Jackson... it's so hard to believe that the King of Pop, somebody who's almost always around us in some way or another, has been dethroned. But, this is probably how rock fans everywhere felt on August 16, 1977.
