That grab needs ending lag, now.

He's a very cool character really, lotsa options and overall just plain fun.

Pros:
Quite fast in general.
Horizontal recovery works like Puff's (it's great).
Great combo game.
Grab outranges almost every non-projectile move in the game.
Grab game is amazing.
Small target.
Heavy for his size.
Can literally use projectiles against you.
Decent edgeguarding game.

Cons:
Mostly has low damage output.
Vulnerable to most combos, juggles, and chaingrabs.
Vertical recovery is lacking.
Can't camp with normal projectile.

In the end, the only thing I ask is that you put some ending lag and maybe a bit of startup lag on that grab of his. Some people can only react so quickly to punish.

Lolno, Chibi's grab has range but that end lag it has is godawful someone with a brain could punish it easily and his damage output isn't very bad considering his Nair hits twice depending on how you postition it. He doesn't need to be able to camp when he has great offensive game and his vertical recovery is actually pretty average it covers some space and brings you pretty high.

Chibi-Robo is pretty interesting, I like is neutral special a lot.

I'm glad they added him, but he isn't my favorite though. I just don't find him as fun as Sora or Ichigo who both have a pretty fun gimmick that makes them different.

Don't get me wrong, Chibi-Robo is a great character, but I don't like him as much as I could.

I really find Chibi-Robo fun, myself. He is fast, powerful, and his aerials have decent priority and can be really punishing. I find him more of a pressure character, that can help and do damage easily, and rack up damage quickly.

The bug where he can capture Giga-Robo is amazing and I want them to keep it in.

I'm playing the patch right now. And look at the changelog. It's still a Known Issue.

Why would it need to be toned down? It doesn't have insane range it's not extremely fast it's perfectly fine tbh, that would just be an unneeded nerf. The only thing I would see needing a nerf would be the amount of times he can use the Tooth Brush in the air to recover but that would damage a lot of his gimping skill.

Chibi has amazing aerials and juggles, in addition to good recovery. Also, that toothbrush guitar music.

Chibi got a nerf where the toothbrush hitbox decreases in size the longer its out, but I still think its too good lol. I hit him barely away and I have to back off because I know the CPU is just going to toothbrush back even though he is barely offstage and none of Marth's moves have the range to get past it. Thats how long it is. It doesn't do much dmg or KB and I don't know if it combos, but other than that its just annoying getting my attacks stuffed so easily by a low power attack lol (but it has good music).

The knockback on it seems absurd. I tested against some level 9 AIs, just start the match, grab them close to an edge, backthrow, and land a Dair. They go flying down so far and fast (even at just 11% from the grab), they start their recovery from the 'magnified' zone in the bottom, which is basically a kill on half the cast or more.

Just seems a little silly to me, Dair is a rather fast attack and makes anything take off like a rocket downwards even at a low percentage (and probably even 0% if that situation happened).

CPU's don't meteor cancel.

Well, the thing is how fast the knockback is... In very few frames you're already near the blast zone. Tried it with a player 2 this time, and it seemed similar. Just seems weird how strong his Dair launches at even 0%, for how fast and agile it is. But I guess it's fine if everyone else thinks it's fine, it'll be a lot easier to tell these things with online rolling.
