OOC: in the game maybe. not if its watered to death.  dizzyness makes it hit less directly "come on quagsire, hang in there! you have a little energy left, use that skull bash! OOC: skull bash will now be weaker, and quagsire has almost no health left.

OOC: that was the point, you melted the ice, making water, wich stopped the fire, then i hit salmance with icebeam, wich is super effective.
mamoswine, freeze that aqua tail with ice beam!
now rhyperior, use hammer arm with your other hand on tyranitar!
OOC: btw, longer arms on rhyperior makes it harder for you to catch this hammer arm now.
