woah, chibi's idle went from one hurtbox to three!

I think that Chibi didn't change much in terms of net Buffs/Nerfs except in recovery

Basically, he's just slightly better than 9b overall, which is bad

I'm more convinced that's poor hitbox drawning on Usmash because every move had to be redone. There must've been a misinterpretation of the importance of the first, wide hit-box by his feet. The most thrust-upward attacks have those small hit-boxes to knock upward into the sweet-spot.

With forward-air, I don't know. Is that issue with Beta. Because I've noticed hit-boxes with some moves don't feel the same facing one-way vs. facing the other.
