MY PERSONAL TIER LIST
S Tier
1-Ice Cream Cone:It's projectile and edgeguard game is broken devs pls fix
2-Pie: Can kill at like 2%
3-Cake: Doesn't die toll like 220% and hits like a truck tf
A Tier
4-Cookies: If your partner dies and you end up going SoCookie you're gonna have a hard time, but the grab combos are amazing.
5-Popsicle: Great disjoint but lacking recovery and safe kill options
6-Chocolate Bar: The sweetspots hit consisdtently and its teleport is broken. Dies too early though.
7-Wrapped Candy: Decent speedy combos but fails to kill.
8-Lollipop: It has tremendous disjoints but its recovery is the worst in te game, has few kill options, and dies from the side very early.
B Tier
9-Jello: Fast speed and fun combos, but it's hitbox is very large and it's a fast faller with lackluster recovery. The Sloosh of Justice is satisfying to land though.
10-Pudding: Great projectile game and decent downsmash but outside of these traits it's overall lackluster.
11-Donut: Good recovery with float but terrible at KOing.
12-Halloween Candy: Clone of wrapped candy, the nerfed recovery and heavier attacks limit it's potential.
13-Marshmellow Peep: It's multiple jumps are useful but it's the lightest character in the game.
C tier
14-Cupcake: Cheap clone of cake but with only 3% of it's options
15-Fruit: Terrible at everything.

This is why the slackchat is better than the irc, this is the best example.

On topic; I think if customs were allowed Jello could fix it's recovery problem and become quite the threat. But heavy desserts like cake may provide a problem with killing.
