A lot of people have speculated that the last returning character to be announced for the starting roster would be Dhalsim, which makes sense considering he is one of the more iconic Street Fighter characters and from Street Fighter II.

Boxer is always Balrog (Boxer, Claw, Dictator etc.) but either or his inclusion wouldn't be much of a suprise. What I'm more curious about is the fourth member of the Shadowloo Kings. The first three are always Bison, Balrog and Vega. I doubt the fourth is still Sagat (or rather; Sagat again) so maybe it's a new character?

Well Juri and Ibuki were my favs so if I ever end up with this game I'm glad they're here

I wouldn't mind having Sagat back since I liked his characterization in the more recent games and I think the new stuff could really give his playstyle a fun boost but eh

A lot of people are saying Juri is actually the fourth Shadowloo king now which isn't too far-fetched, but I still doubt it.

The info's coming from NeoGAF. And in the time since my last post, Boxer has been confirmed to be Balrog, and one more file has been revealed, a new character file titled "Tut". Can't wait to play as a goddamn mummy.

Tut huh? One of the stages that has yet to be confirmed (but is teased in Charlie's promotional art) is set in Egypt, so who knows.

Who knows? Could be that friend Rashid's always on about in his win-quotes.

In my opinion, he looks great. His animations look fantastic and he looks even more flexible than before. He also sports a sick beard now.

Dhalsim's stage, India, is also shown in the trailer and as per tradition, Dhalsim's wife Sally makes a cameo on the stage. This time alongside Dhalsim's son Datta, who appears to have grown considerably.
