It's JalStar here, some people may know be as bob in the Mcleod server. Either way, this is a presentation of the SSF2 Union PR list. This list is a display of the power rankings within the SSF2 competitive scene between January 18, 2019 - April 27, 2019. Disclaimers - This list was developed by the TOs and shyguyking (who is unranked) from the BR within the SSF2 Union. The other BR members did not participate within the creation of this list because most of them are high ranking competitive players and we wanted to remove any sense of potential bias from the results and decisions being made. - To be qualified for this list, competitors would have had to participate in at least 2 tournaments between January and April of 2019. - The factors that determined the rankings for this list were: Tournament results (DQ's and other factors taken into consideration), match-ups and independent knowledge observed and recognized by TOs in a tournament setting. PR Poster: show Contributors: show Another note to mention is that there is a PR Runner Ups section in the PR document that displays the rest of the players below top 30 who are met the 2 tournament criteria within the January to April time frame. The ranking that is seen within this section is based solely on their FCR ranks with no input made by the union. If there are any players who are within the PR Runner Ups section and do not have their main listed, please state your main in the thread or message it to me on discord so I can update that side. His results within this time frame weren't the best so that's what warranted the lower placement. If I'm not mistaken, I think the last Mcleod event was the first tour he won since coming back.
