The only difference i found was slightly more clevage and removal of the heart motif, not a big change though not sure why the removal of the hearts on her boobs was done.

I hope haggar finally gets in with all the other freaking final fight characters [Are they even final fight characters anymore, or was the whole series besides haggar intergrated into street fighter?]

Yeah there are still a couple like Damnd or w/e his name was and Belger. Although I have to say I agree with you, I would like to see Haggar make the cut alongside Cody and Guy. I think they can design him different enough from Zangief, especially if they take inspiration from his MvC3 movepool.

Final Fight was always a Street Fighter spinoff

Given that this game seems to favor the Street Fighter Alpha series (which featured Maki) I don't think it'd be unreasonable to say that there's a good chance we'll see her down the line.

Speaking thereof I really hope Eagle 'Freddy' Mercury will be added to the roster at one point or another.
