He definitely develops his strategies before and by applying them. They aren't fool proof but they are legitimate.
Stop playing with words. Look at the actual play, and go on Smashboards, where Axe speaks about Pika strategies sometimes.

If Axe just used magic, he would be World Champion at EVO by now.
Skills include real consistent strategies, and outplaying is crucial, but can't do all the work.
Axe actually showed people Pikachu can do more, than what was known before him.

Actually they've confirmed that they can only make up to 7 new characters.
I'd guess after Roy, Mewtwo, and Pichu. No Dr. Mario because he's Mario now and no Young Link because he's Toon Link. The other 4 I have no idea maybe Plusle and Minun could be one since they could make it a Chu clone with Icies properties. They've also stated they might not even use the other slots other than Roy so who knows. Mewtwo would be hard to do since he's not a clone but he's definitely the most requested Melee cut to return to a Smash game.

Devon, make sure you checked if the video you posted works. You tend to put an improper YouTube link into [youtube][/youtube]. Your link has "&list=UL," at the end of it, which kept it from working in the YT viewer.

Other than that; yeah, Dr. Mario as an alt. costume :)

I REALLY hope the skin they gonna include gonna be ACTUAL alt skin of that character and NOT make them look like another character. I know Brawl hacks does that ALOT and FRECUENTLY, but seeing how elaborated Project M is in his design, it just put stuff out of the line.

Dr. Mario, Party Hat Pikachu, and which seems to be Mr. L and Outset Island Toon Link, are great choices and seems to follows with the supposed graphic line of the game, because even with the character appearance they are still Mario, Pikachu, Luigi, stuff that would be ruined estetically if they add skins by unminded fanboyism request

PRIMARY EXAMPLE, PEOPLE WANTING SONIC SKIN TO BE SHADOW, SCREW WITH THOSE, we already have thousand of shadows hacks of texture recolors, modding, PSA all the time invading the BrawlVault, why we need to keep seeing that sh*t again to mess up something as great as proyect m >_>)

Anyway, i really hope to see some cool skins, like Lord outfit Ike or Awakening Roy, you know, Actual character skins...

I'm actually completely cool with this. Yes you can get skins like that elsewhere but still. This way you get it all in one package and its more convenient that way.

it was Outset Link, Mr.L, Shadow Queen Peach, Party Hat Pikachu and Crown Jigglypuff. I wonder what else.

I'm personally hoping to see Ocarina of Time Link and Skyward Sword Zelda as alternate costumes. (and I wonder if they could make Classic Sonic work as an alternate costume)

Wait. Dr.Mario has alt colors. I'm assuming Crown Jigly and Party Pika won't have alt colors. But what about Shadow Queen Peach and Outset Link?
