Yeah I believe Cloud can beat villager, but unless Villager invites him to a bar and they have a drink. Then Cloud might get drunk and he will be open.

Remember its his "opinion", and we have to respect it because he is the god of pikachu.

Ike has potential because he loses to pika, remember that guys. The same goes for Wario, Lucas and the two Pit's.

Pac-man shouldn't work because non of his projectiles should hit you.

Mewtwo has totally gotten better to be a gate keeper.

I'm not sure we can call ESAM's list a Pika MU chart, because if that was the case, Game and Watch would be higher, and Robin would probably be relegated to the "Bad but Scary" tier.

But seriously, there were some really off placements, such as Dedede, Ike, the Pits, Pikachu, and Ness. Some of his tier names didn't even make sense either.

Regarding ZeRo's Tier list, I like it but I don't really follow tiers seriously(?)

He seems to put a lot of faith in potential, though. I was surprised to see Bayonetta so low, but then again I haven't seen her since nerfs came and saved the game.

I had to look for some of them, her nerfs did hurt her, but didn't destroy her. She can still take people to the blast zones, but she can't kill them unless the opponent really f*** up.

I don't know what to feel about ZeRo's tier list. Kinda iffy on Corrin above Mario, Sheik above Fox and Diddy, and iffy on top 3. I wouldn't really know where to place Sonic tbh.
